Benahavis is a beautiful, picturesque Spanish village, 500 metres above sea level but only 7km from the beach, with Puerto Banus and Marbella a short drive away.  Located in the Serrania de Ronda mountain range, it has incredible mountain and sea views and remains a tranquil, peaceful area of the Costa Del Sol with its typically quaint, white houses and narrow winding streets.
Benahavis is renowned for its gastronomy and has the highest concentration of excellent restaurants in the region, serving the very best of traditional Andalucian cooking, often using local grown ingredients.  Cuisine is so important to the village it even has its own cookery school!

Benahavis is also a paradise for golfers offering a myriad of courses to play with 12 of the Costa del Sol’s 70 Golf Courses all within easy driving distance.

Benahavis is an ideal choice for buyers looking for something a little different to the typical beach side properties.  It is set in peaceful surroundings with a traditional Spanish ‘feel’ to the village without being remote from all the amenities the coast has to offer.  A short 5 minute drive takes you to the beach and Puerto Banus and Marbella are only 10 and 15 minutes drive respectively via the A7 coast road. Quick access to the AP7 motorway means Malaga airport is approximately 40 minutes away ensuring a speedy transfer from your flight to your door.
