West of Estepona is a relatively new area where some development has taken place and they tend to be larger than average, luxurious with all the amenities provided on site.  The developments can also have fabulous sea views to Gibraltar and Africa and be walking distance to the beach.  There are some chiringuitos and good restaurants and also a large supermarket but the area is generally quiet and peaceful.
Estepona and the port of Duquesa is only a 5-minute drive away and there are many excellent beaches close by.  Golfers are also well catered for with many good courses a short drive away.
