Guadalmina – Sophisticated, refined and tranquil

Located between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara, the well-established urbanisation of Guadalmina, a smart, stylish area, close to Puerto Banus but with a very different feel!
The A7 coast road divides Guadalmina into Alta (mountainside) and Baja (beachside) with the Real Club de Golf being an important feature, composed of two 18 hole courses stretching from the mountainside to the beach.
There are some very sophisticated hotels, excellent restaurants and a commercial centre providing all amenities and services including cafes, bars, banks and a large supermarket and a delicatessen.
Guadalmina Baja is considered more upmarket being beachside and a lower density of properties and is a much sort after area of Marbella by discerning buyers.

This is the ideal choice for a property buyer seeking an elegant, stylish area which is tranquil but close by to its glamorous neighbour resorts.  The coast road runs through the urbanisation make access along the coast quick and easy, the AP7 motorway is also close by for speedy airport transfers.
