At Williams Estates International we offer a total management service to all buyers or existing owners of villas and apartments in Spain. We can take care of the day to day stress of Property Management for you. We have our own portfolio of properties and will treat your home with the care and responsibility that we do with our own.If you are not living in Spain permanently or have invested in additional property’s and want to gain extra income through renting your property. We will offer a rental service where we can rent out your property for the months that you are not using it, or on a yearly long term basis if you prefer. We are responsible for finding a suitable tenant, checking their references, income, employment situation, prepare contracts and conditions, these can be tailor made to suit your needs. Then once everybody is agreed we finalise everything and allow the tenants to move in.
After that we are then responsible for collection of the rent monthly or according to the contract, which is paid directly into any bank account you choose. Any maintenance, painting, breakages, or refurbishment necessary will be taken care of by us, as well as payment of utility bills.
Having extensive experience in this sector for over fifteen years we have an extremely sound infrastructure of cleaners, handymen, builders, plumbers, locksmiths that are reliable and efficient.
